Seminar

We had a great 9 and 10 am class this saturday and we almost had everyone in attendance, it was packed to say the least but I feel we got alot of good work in and had some fun. Ty and I had to leave Judo early to attend a seminar hosted by our Gracie Barra Coach Leo Kryeoski. Our teacher was Gracie Barra Black Belt Brian Davis from Batesville, Arkansas. Mr. Davis presented a great class for about three hours. We learned alot of attacks and defenses from the Guard and interestingly enough we went over several takedowns, which were all Judo based. Anyway I think I am done with Seminar's for 2009. I have been to four and feel like I have enough for the year. I really enjoy them, but I don't ever wish to take away from class time. The end of this month is our furthest tournament in Lebenon Missouri. I know everyone will not attend because of the distance, but I am looking forward to it and coaching those who are competing. Enough for now and keep rolling!
