Nixa Tournament July 2009

We had a great turnout from BDJJ at the tournament and the competition was fierce. I believe there were at least 65-70 grapplers on hand competing in this tournament. In fact we out numbered the other Martial Artists competing in the other events. There were a number of under 18 competitors and one as young as 6. I was proud of everyone who competed and everyone who came to support the competitors and the event itself.

Special thanks to Brandy Harrison, Jessica Clanton, Josh Wilson and Chuck Smith. I received several complements on how well they did judging and setting up the brackets, when I stayed out of the way.
