Happy Holiday

Hey Gang,

I hope everyone had as good a 4th of July holiday as I did. We had class Friday and Saturday. Small classes (as expected), but we got alot of good work in. I was invited to Todd Scarborough's for a UFC Fight Night. The fights were all great. Great Striking and better Jiu-Jitsu, and some Judo. Thanks Todd We had a blast.

Sunday it was a Black Dragon Jiu-Jitsu affair, thanks to Danny Fraser. Again 2nd year there and I appreciate it, we had a blast. Look forward to seeing everyone back in class on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
