Promotions and Training

Hey Gang,

I hope everyone is doing well and ready to really get into our Martial Arts training. I have been renewed since changing the schedule. Rolling out the new class format of training is also very exciting to me and I hope it will get you going as well. Congratulations to the following students on promotions;
